Within the E-sign module, we have introduced new columns for ‘Declined at,‘ ‘Cancelled at,’ ‘Completed at,‘ and ‘Scheduled at‘ date and time for the document. For instance, if the document status is declined or cancelledt, the date and time of that action will be displayed in these respective columns. For example, if the signer cancels the document on October 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM, this information will appear under these columns,
