Epic users can now conveniently access claim information directly on the Policy Page. Also have the ability to view all policy claims associated with an account within the Account 360 page, or can access claim information for a particular policy on the Policy Details Page. This enhancement ensures that when a claim is made on an insurance policy, only the relevant details related to the claim for that particular policy are displayed. This simplified approach provides a more user-friendly experience, allowing for quick and easy access to essential information.
Use Case: This enhancement simplifies access to policy-specific claim details, boosting efficiency, improving decision-making, and delivering a smoother user experience.
Note: All policies that have claims filed will only display relevant claim details.
To View the Enhancement:
View Claim Details on Policy Module Page as mentioned in the image below 👇:
- Navigate to the Policy Module.
- Click on the Policy No to redirect to the Policy details page.
- Now, select the Claims tab to check the claim details of the policy.
All claims associated with the policy will be visible within Account 360 view of the Account:

- Click on the Account Name to navigate to its account 360 details.
- Next, select the Claims tab to view the claims of the policies associated within the Account.
