Earlier, the Admin had to manually add new agents and manage each agent’s access to other agents individually.But now, while adding a new agent, the Admin can manage agent’s access and decide which agents he wants to grant access to other agents while creating a new user then and there.
Use Case: Simplify Agent management by granting access during new agent setup, eliminating manual processes and enhancing collaboration by easily controlling permissions from the outset.
To View the Enhancement:
- Click on the Profile Icon.
- From the Drop-down, select User & Group Management.
Then, click on ‘Add User.’
- While adding a user, this person will be assigned to the role .
- Add all the mandatory user details.
- Click Next.
- Check the Producer box to give producer level access to the new user under admin view.
- As an Admin, you have default access to all agents. The newly added agent will appear in the Manage Agent Access list, where you can select the agent and grant them access to other agents.
- Click Next.
- You can choose to configure either collectively for all items (Pipelines, workflow, checklist, Custom forms, and templates) or individually for each item to the new user.
- Then click on Add Member.
- You will get a success notification saying: User is added successfully.
