Now within Renewal Pipeline, you will be able to create Renewal deal cards based on the division in private or shared.
Use Case: Ability to create renewal deal cards by division, enhancing collaboration and efficiency within your AMSs.
Note: This feature is exclusively built for AMSs that are having Divisions. Currently supporting AMS 360 & Sagitta.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
- Then, click on the three dots present in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select Pipeline settings.
- Navigate to the Pipeline settings and select the Renewal Pipeline.
- If ‘Do you want to enable Renewal Automation?‘ is disabled, click to enable it.
- Select the ‘By Division’ option.
- Click on Add New to provide Division retention settings.
A side panel will appear where you need to:
- Select the division.
- Select the pipeline.
- Choose the stage.
- Next, select Create card in either Private or Shared.
- Choose how many days before the expiration to create the renewal cards.
- Add the Preferred policy premium threshold for renewal deal creation.
- Select the agent who will be assigned to the renewal cards.
- Click Submit.
- After submission, the Division with the details will then be added within the Renewal Pipeline.
