Round Robin Logic

Earlier, when Round Robin was enabled for a deal card, the cards were automatically moved to the private board, and agents were then assigned for the particular deal card. Now, if the admin enables the Round Robin queue and selects to create a card in either the private or shared board, the card will be created in private or shared, and then agents will be assigned according to the Round Robin queue.

Use Case: With Round Robin logic, you can assign an agent for shared and private cards, boosting workflow efficiency.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the Pipelines Module.
  • Then, select Board settings.
  • Within Board Settings, click on the Round Robin tab.
  • Enable Round Robin.
  • A pop-up notification will appear saying: Success Round Robin setting updated.
  • After enabling Round Robin, you will have the option to create cards in either Shared or Private.

If Create Card in: Shared

  • If admin has selected to create card in “shared“, then card will go into “shared,” and the agent will be assigned according to the Round Robin queue for shared cards.
  • Select agents to add to the Round Robin queue for the shared card.

If Create Card in: Private

  • If admin has selected to create card in “private“, then card will go into “private,” and the agent will be assigned according to the Round Robin queue for private cards.
  • Select agents to add to the Round Robin queue for the private card.
