Within the Opportunities module, we’ve introduced two new columns: Renewed and Non-Renewed. These columns will help users better track and manage renewal statuses for deals, offering more clarity and insight into the lifecycle of each opportunity.
Use Case: Enables agents to organize and manage deals more effectively by categorizing them based on their renewal status.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Opportunities module.
- Select Renewals.
- We have added two new columns: ‘Renewed’ and ‘Pending Renewal.’
Note: Renewal is the process of extending a policy beyond its original term, involving reviewing terms, sending renewal notices, and updating records once the policyholder accepts. Pending renewal refers to policies approaching their expiration date and awaiting action, such as client confirmation or required documentation.
- You will be able to view the list of polices that are already Renewed.
- Click on them to view the policies.
- So for Renewed policies, you will be able to view stamp filter added as ‘Renewed.’
- List of policies yet to get renewed.
