Earlier, when we were triggering the Intake Form Stage Automation we were not able to edit and preview the Email/SMS within Intake Form Stage before triggering the automation.
Use Case:Â Ability to customize email/SMS while triggering the Intake Form Stage Automation .
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipeline’s Module.
- Then select the three dots present in the top right corner.
- Next, From the drop-down , select Automation.
- Click on Add New Automation Stage.
- While triggering Intake Form Stage Automation, you will now be able to edit and insert intake form URL tag for both text and email.
- Hit save.
- Now, you can also preview and edit the form you have selected before clicking submit.
