With the new ‘Add Deal’ option in the Agent mobile app’s Contact and Account lists, adding deal details has never been easier. Agents can now easily create and manage deals directly from their mobile devices, enhancing productivity and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Use Case: Quickly add and manage deals from Account and Contact lists on the Agent mobile app.
To View the Enhancement:
From the Account List:
- Within Account details of the account, click on the ‘Add Deal.’
A new window will open where you need to add deal details.
From the Contacts List:
- Within contact details of the account, click on the ‘Add Deal.’
- A new window will open where you need to add deal details.
