Merge Accounts for AMS Synced
Simplify the process of merging your accounts easily and efficiently within InsuredMine by selecting multiple accounts associated with the same email and phone number.
Use Case: Now, with just a few clicks, easily merge multiple accounts linked to the same email and phone number.
Note: This enhancement applies to all agents whose AMS is integrated with InsuredMine.
Now, to Merge accounts via E-mail and Phone:
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Accounts Module & then click on the 3 dots icon.
- From the drop-down menu, click on Merge Accounts.
Now you will get 2 options to merge accounts: Via email or phone:
- You can select multiple accounts associated with the same email address or phone number and then merge them.
- Now, select a primary account to merge all the accounts with the same email address into one.
- Similarly, while merging via phone, select a primary account to consolidate all accounts with the same phone number into one.
- Next, click on merge.
Note: All accounts, except the primary account, will be archived.
- Click on ‘Yes, merge them!’
- You will get a notification saying: Success Accounts merged successfully.
Note: Merging is possible for non-synced accounts, whereas synced accounts cannot be merged.
