You can now track the number of failed syncs for accounts, contacts, policies, tasks, notes, activities, files, emails, SMS, and calls.
Note: Please note that the activities displayed after syncing with InsuredMine may vary for each AMS. Currently, this feature is exclusively accessible for QQCatalyst, AMS360, HawkSoft, Applied Epic, Nexsure dyad, BenefitPoint, and NowCerts AMS agencies.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to the Reports module.
- Toggle to the bottom where you find the Sync Tracking feature.
- Within the sync tracking feature, you will be able to view the count of failed syncs.
