Our most recent feature enhancement equips users with an advanced capability within the pipeline module. Now, when performing bulk uploads, you have the option to add pipeline automations seamlessly. This means that if automation is configured for a particular stage and you decide to perform a bulk upload within that specific stage, you will be presented with the opportunity to effortlessly integrate automation. In essence, there is no need for manual configuration of automation for bulk upload deal cards.
Use Case:
Navigation:Â
- Navigate to the “Pipelines” section.
- Click on the “Action” button within the Pipelines section.
3. From the Action menu, select “Bulk Upload.”
Note: CSV File Requirement – When you click on the “Bulk Upload” button, please note that only CSV files can be uploaded.
Note: After uploading the file in the second step, you will be presented with an option to map the file columns, ensuring data accuracy.
Note: In the third stage, you will have the opportunity to review the mapped data, guaranteeing the correctness of your upload.
Following the data review in the third stage, you will find options to initiate automation for stages, labels, and lead sources. You can select one or all three automation processes simultaneously.
