Description – Sort your Personal data book contacts by Tags.
Use Case – Convenience to group by and vew the Personal Data Books by Tags
Process:
- Navigate to Reports. Go to Personal data book and choose Group by
- Select Tags.
- You can view the data sorted based on the tags.
Note:
-In an Agent login, only the data pertaining to this agent will be displayed.
-Admin login will display the data of all agents.
