A comprehensive report detailing agent logins, actions, views, and time spent by each agent can be viewed.
Use Case: Enables admin to monitor agent productivity and optimize workforce management.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Reports module.
- Then, click on Agents Usage.
- The report will list all agents with their activity for 1 day ago by default. You will find the information below:
- Number of login sessions.
- Total actions.
- Total views.
- Time Spent(in Mins).
- You may search for an agent’s usage data through the search bar.
- Filter out data for any time period using the drop-down.
- Download the report into an Excel format.
