Update – Setup holidays and pause any active engagements, stage automation, and SCDs during this time
Application – Avoid triggering automation when the agent is on holiday.
Process:
- Navigate to Settings and click on Holidays Setup
- Click on Add Holiday
- The options on the screen are:
- Select the Calendar icon to choose the dates of the holiday
- Click on Add Date to add multiple holidays
- Click on Save once done
- To delete any saved holidays, click on the Delete icon
- All the saved holidays will be listed under Holidays Setup to view and edit
