Now you can share multiple templates with access at one go! You need to select the templates by clicking on the checkbox on the left side and then by clicking on the share templates on the top. The single share option is also available by clicking on the three dots beside each template.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Engagements.
- Click on the templates that you want to share.
- Click on the Share templates tab on the top.
- Select the agent’s name with whom you want to share the templates.
- Give them access to Read or Read/Write.
- Click on the Share button.
All the shared templates will be available under the shared folder of the agent with whom you have shared the templates.
