In the text message section, the initials of first name and last name will be represented. In case there is only one name. then the first two letters will be displayed. And in case there is a first, middle, and last name, it will display the initials of the first and last name only.

Notes: If no last name is present, it will use the first two letters of the first name and display it respectively.

Also, if no name is present in the text module, it will use the two starting numbers (This is only relevant to the text module).
