In Pipeline settings now you can find goal setting by carrier. Goal setting by carrier will help you set carrier wise goals for your agents.
To view the enhancements:
Navigate to Pipeline Manager
Select the pipeline
Click on 3 dots (action)
Select settings
Click on Goal Setting (Carriers)
There will be two options to view- Monthly and yearly.
- While adding goals you can add multiple carriers.
- Once saved the set goals will be displayed in a table. You can edit or delete the goals accordingly. Deal value will be derived from the quotes of the pipeline cards.
