Now you can forward emails from the deal card and contact360 section. This enhancement will help you have an easy communication process.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to the deal card.
Click on communication
Click on 3 dots on the right side of the email.
You will get the options to reply and forward.
Click on forward to forward the email
- A panel will open, where you need to fill in the details and send.
- You will get the forward email option both in the communication section of deal cards and also in Contact360.
