If any deal card gets canceled for any reason, through cancellation pipeline automation you can reassign these cards to any agents of your choice.
How to set Cancellation Pipeline Automation?
Navigate to Pipelines
Click on action icon (3 dots) and select settings
Scroll down and select Cancellation Pipeline
Move the toggle bar as ‘on’ to enable the Cancellation Automation
Set default pipeline and stage for cancelled policy
Select Agent who can get all the cancellation cards
Select either shared or private board where the canceled cards will be created.
Set the pipeline. You can customize the pipeline and stage as per insurance type. Or you can also choose the default pipeline that you have already set before.
Note: Exclusively for AMS 360 users
For alloting the cancellation cards, AMS360 users can assign an executive or representative who is already assigned to the policy.
